| With the improvement of people’s production and consumption level,the demand for the production efficiency and quality of beverages(this article takes beer as an example)is also getting higher and higher,so the detection and rejection of bottled liquid level on the production line has gradually shifted to the intelligent mode.Among several existing non-contact liquid level detection methods at home and abroad,the variable dielectric capacitance method is widely used because of its low cost and good stability,but the accuracy is not high.In order to meet the production line’s requirements for high-precision,low-cost,and intelligent bottled liquid level detection,this paper relies on advanced sensor technology,embedded ARM processor chips,and digital signal processing methods to design and implement a liquid level based on the principle of variable dielectric capacitance.Online detection and rejection system.The system is mainly composed of a signal source module,a signal receiving module,a main controller module,a human-computer interaction module and a rejection module.The DDS signal generation technology is used to generate a stable and controllable signal source.The liquid level signal is collected and processed by a capacitive sensor,converted into a digital signal,and combined with the BP neural network to perform temperature compensation.Finally,the relevant algorithm is used to calculate the liquid level value.The bottle body with unqualified liquid level is removed in real time;meanwhile,the human-computer interaction module is designed to complete the remote two-way data transmission between the PC or mobile phone and the detection system through wireless WIFI.The bottled liquid level high-precision intelligent detection and rejection system based on the variable dielectric capacitance method designed in this paper has a detection speed of 72,000 bottles/hour,a detection accuracy of ±1mm,and achieves long-distance two-way data transmission.In the case of serious internal electromagnetic interference,various grounding filtering measures and stainless steel shielding shells have been designed,which have significantly improved accuracy,stability and intelligence compared with previous detection systems.At present,the system has been put into use in multiple production sites,which can meet the detection needs of different bottle types and different solutes. |
