Coal mine auxiliary system responsible for the shipment of materials, equipment and personnel tasks, underground varieties and specifications of the materials and equipment, transport locations scattered on work requirements in a short time personnel to the designated locations, auxiliary transport systems increasingly the more important. Mine trackless rubber tire vehicle the auxiliary transport with high transport efficiency, the flexibility mobility, strong load capacity. However, with the growth of production and transport tasks, coal transport vehicles often have as many as dozens of cars, each fork is not set lights roadway width is narrow, the vehicles cross difficult, especially in the roadway there is a certain slope, the vehicles often can not see each other, easy to lead to obstruction, resulting in wasted fuel, spare parts consumption, low transport efficiency, will also lead to some serious security incidents. In view of this situation, in order to ensure the safe of the vehicle, improve efficiency, the need for underground auxiliary transport vehicles for traffic control to ensure running. Therefore, this article is designed based on WIFI wireless network in the coal mine rubber tire vehicle traffic control system. In this paper, based on research WIFI wireless network communication principle to construct underground wired+wireless communications network, made the traffic control strategy, designed WIFI wireless network-based coal mine traffic control system hardware circuit,the preparation of the system control software, the development of intrinsically safe vehicle detection sensor, the contents are as follows:1.Built in the coal mine to the fiber optic ring network as the backbone network, WIFI wireless network coverage as the basis of the communication network structure, realize coal mine audio, data and video signals transmission.2. According to the the the Mine Electrical intrinsically safe and explosion-proof technical requirements, design and development of a new vehicle detection sensors using Honeywell AMR magnetoresistive devices detected.3. Design and development of the use of PLC as the control center of the intersection traffic monitoring subsystem. Corners, T-junctions and crossroads of three typical intersection traffic analysis to develop appropriate control strategies.4. PC configuration software design and development, rubber tire vehicle control system remote display, storage, control, and reporting and other functions.Trackless underground car traffic control system installed since August2012in a coal mine in PINGSHUO each intersection acquisition vehicle information is accurate, the intersection of LED lights can be individually controlled locally, and uploaded to the dispatch center via WIFI network,real-time display, storage, control, and reporting. The system runs reliably, effectively improve the the auxiliary transport efficiency, reducing the security risks run by the system.
