As a kind of environmental and clean energy, natural gas draws more attention of the public and the proportion on the energy consumption structure is increasing. The exploitation and utilization of natural gas will form a booming situation of the pipeline construction. It is essential to collect the environmental monitoring data accurately and timely by intelligent technology and operate the equipment safely and efficiently.This paper comes from China Petroleum innovation fund research projects (2014D-5006-0603), according to the need of project, the monitoring and acquisition data system based on the champaign natural gas wells is constructed. The system is mainly composed of three parts:terminal sensor node, coordinator and remote monitoring center. The terminal sensor nodes which can collect the ambient temperature, oil pressure, casing pressure are distributed in the wells by the WiFi technology. The collected data is sent to the remote monitoring center through the coordinator, which realizes the dynamic monitoring of gas well. The paper introduces the technical features, WiFi wireless sensor network topology and protocol analysis. This paper proposes the system architecture, design the hardware based on the main chip and radio frequency chip node, display the software design process of the sensor node and coordinator node and use testing tools to test the constructed network overall.Finally, summarize the full text, point out the deficiencies and the improvements of it.
