The advance support pressure produced in the mining process of the working face has a certain destructive effect on the mining roadway,which always threatens the safety of the mining,which puts forward higher requirements for the roadway support.The stability of the advance support of the working face is related to the safety of pedestrians,coal transportation and auxiliary transportation in the working face.The support of the working face should not only meet the support requirements in the process of driving,but also resist the influence of the working face dynamic pressure to ensure that the dynamic process of the working face has enough support strength.On the basis of stabilizing the surrounding rock of the roadway with short anchor cable,the roof of the roadway is reinforced with long anchor cable,so as to replace the passive advance support.Based on the geological conditions of No.9 coal seam in Changcheng No.3 coal mine as the engineering background,aiming at the supporting problem of the roadway in the working face,the paper puts forward the best supporting parameters of the roadway from the methods of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and on-the-spot measurement,so as to support the fully anchored cable of the roadway once,in order to achieve the best supporting effect.Around the topic,the main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Through the theoretical analysis,for the anchor cable support,the initial prestress and the number of anchor cables determine the support effect.The appropriate prestress and the reasonable selection of the number of anchor cable support will better restrict the deformation of the roadway and control the deformation of the roadway within a small range.(2)Based on the surrounding rock condition of the roadway in the third mine of great wall,combined with the theory of roadway support,the support scheme of full anchor cable support parameters is designed.(3)By using FLAC3D numerical simulation software,the paper simulates the rock movement and deformation of roadway with different number of anchor cables,different prestressing force and different distance from the working face,and compares with the results of theoretical analysis and calculation,and finds that the results are quite consistent.(4)According to the field measurement,the full anchor cable support has a good effect on the control of surrounding rock.Compared with the numerical simulation data,the measured data is more convergent than the simulation data.In this paper,the whole anchor cable support has a good effect on the stability of the roadway during the mining period of the working face,and reduces the manpower for supporting the advance support,and also has a certain guarantee for the safety of transportation and ventilation.
