The 217 working face of No.3 Coal Mine of the Qiwu Coal Mine is an intelligent mining working face?the“three machines”have realized electro-hydraulic control?.The following related research was carried out on the background of the reform of its transportation lane as a form of advanced support.The advance support of thick coal seam in mining roadway has the problems of high labor intensity and low support efficiency when using single hydraulic props;at the same time,in order to adapt to the automatic and intelligent mining of coal mining face,the reform of the advance support form of mining roadway is very urgent.Therefore,the technical idea of??using grouting anchor cable instead of hydraulic strut leading support in mining roadway is proposed.Using field research,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation combined research methods,systematically studied the evolution of tunnel surrounding rock cracks and in-situ stress distribution,the mechanism and effect of grouting anchor cable and surrounding rock support,and established the stability of tunnel surrounding rock The mechanical model of sexual control calculates and checks the supporting strength,and has been applied industrially.The main achievements are as follows:?1?Combined with the engineering geological conditions of the mine,the RBIT-30 borehole imager was used to detect the development law of the surrounding rock cracks in 3 upper217 transportation lanes,and the hydraulic fractured in-situ stress test system was used to measure the mining area in the second mining area where the roadway is The distribution of in-situ stress provides an important reference for the grouting anchor cable of the mining roadway to replace the advance support of single hydraulic props.?2?Using FLAC3Dnumerical simulation software,by establishing a mining roadway model to simulate the time-space evolution law of mining roadway deformation and instability under the influence of mining movement,the law of the surrounding rock stress in the roadway during the mining process is studied to provide advanced support for the grouting anchor cable The determination of the parameters provides a reference;at the same time,the anchor rock mass coupling support model is established,the prestressed diffusion and superposition effect of the grouting anchor cable support under different support parameter conditions are analyzed,and the grouting anchor cable support parameters are initially determined.?3?Based on the assumption of the coal-rock body elastoplastic basic mechanical model,a coal body damage mechanical model is established,and the coal pillar damage width is analyzed and calculated;according to the roadway roof torque balance relationship,the stability control mechanics of the advanced coal roadway surrounding rock stability is established The model calculates and verifies the reasonable support intensity of the mining roadway,which provides a theoretical basis for the active advanced support technology.?4?The industrial application shows that the grouting anchor cable can replace the single hydraulic prop in advance,which can control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway and give full play to the bearing capacity of the high-strength prestressed anchor rod?cable?.Compared with single hydraulic props,active anchor-injection advance support is conducive to the formation of a stable internal load-bearing structure of the surrounding rock,giving full play to the self-bearing capacity of the surrounding rock,achieving the purpose of improving the stress state of the surrounding rock and maintaining the stability of the surrounding rock of the tunnel;At the same time,the popularization and application of this technology effectively reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the recovery efficiency,providing a new idea for the advanced support of mining roadways under the intelligent mining conditions of coal face.There are 46 figures,7 tables and 85 references in this paper.
