The mining roadway of coal mining face mostly adopts the advanced reinforced support method of single hydraulic prop system,but in the production practice of coal mine,the shortcomings such as the labor intensity of the workers of this system and the slow support speed are gradually highlighted.At the same time,with the coal mining face gradually realizing less manned / unmanned and intelligent mining,the use of single hydraulic prop advance support system in the mining roadway has become a technical problem restricting the process of coal mining intelligence.Therefore,this paper proposes a new technology of grouting anchor cable advanced support,which provides new ideas and technical support for the intelligent mining of working face.Based on the engineering background of the 3 coal rise 305 inside working face track flat roadway in Xinan coal mine.Through on-site investigation,mine pressure measurement and borehole detection,it is found that the working face is an irregular working face.The reinforced support of the pillar and the hinged top beam can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock,but the operator needs to move the single hydraulic prop during the face mining,which requires a large number of labor workers and labor intensity.The arrangement of hydraulic props is relatively dense,and the effective space of the withdrawal channel of the hydraulic support on the working face is small,which affects its withdrawal efficiency and causes difficulties for the normal advancement of the working face;therefore,the UDEC numerical simulation method is used to level the track The stress,crack evolution and failure form of the surrounding rock of the roof were studied,and the reasons and characteristics of the advance mining failure of the roadway were obtained.Based on this,a new idea was proposed to replace the original reinforced support method with the grouting anchor cable advanced support.The slurry diffusion calculation model of grouting anchor cable was established,various technical parameters of grouting anchor cable advanced support technology were studied,and detailed technical parameters of anchor cable construction and grouting were analyzed and designed.Technical solution of slurry anchor cable type advanced support.The results of the thesis were industrially tested on site.Practice has proved that this kind of strengthening support method can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the leading section of the mining roadway,and improve the mining efficiency of the working face,and realize the reduction of the leading section.Learn from.The paper has 50 figures,3 tables,and 92 references.
