With the acceleration of economic globalization and market integration,enterprises are facing more and more uncontrollable environmental factors,and the competition between enterprises becomes more intense.Particularly in the iron and steel enterprises,"the first profit source" and "the second profit source" dried up,more and more companies focus on"third profit source",in an attempt to reduce business operating costs from the logistics activity,profit space,in order to improve the economic benefit.This article is in under the guidance of this thinking,the Shougangjingtang Company sales logistics system as the research object,the application of process reengineering and logistics management related theory,optimize the distribution logistics organizations,and to establish logistics processing and distribution center,to make the optimized distribution logistics system more perfect,better to provide service support for the sales logistics of Shougangjingtang Company.This paper firstly introduces the research status of logistics at home and abroad,as well as the current domestic logistics research background.The third part of this paper analyzed the Shougangjingtang Company the present situation of the company's sales logistics system,by looking for shougang Beijing tang the current existing problems of distribution logistics system,and points out the direction for the next step research.The fourth part of this article put forward shougang Beijing tang company sales logistics system optimization principles and train of thought,from organization restructuring,process optimization and reengineering and reasonable to establish the logistics distribution center three aspects of the implementation of the optimized scheme.First of all,never reasonable organization,the integration of related logistics business,business line,the shougang Beijing tang company sales logistics structure,readjusting the present a clear management responsibilities and scope of business more reasonable organization;Logistics organization after restructuring,according to the theory of logistics process reengineering,to Shougangjingtang Company company sales order processing and delivery processes in logistics process reengineering optimization,optimization of the process after the low efficiency and reduces the redundant links;As Shougangjingtang Company company did not truly their own logistics distribution center,in order to better serve customers,focus on the logistics distribution center of Shougangjingtang Company company planning,through the analysis of the division of the situation to the customer,using the mixed integer programming's location method,finally nationwide selected four logistics distribution center,and the institutional setup of logistics distribution center planning and design.The fifth part of shougang jingtang company from the improvement of sales logistics management strategy,sales logistics information system construction and human resources support and other aspects of necessary protection.Through this optimization research,Shougangjingtang Company logistics management will be more efficient,the logistics cost will be reduced,and the competitiveness of Shougangjingtang Company in domestic steel enterprises will be enhanced.At the same time,the research results of this paper will provide a reference for the optimization of logistics system of other steel enterprises.
