With the continuous improvement of the economy and living standards of the society,people are increasingly pursuing the work they are engaged in.Many of the tired and repetitive workplaces appear to be in shortage of labor.At the same time,with the expanding of the market,workplaces and other restrictions lead to labor efficiency is difficult to meet company's requirements.Such a situation appeared in the plastic wire finishing,so a plastic wire finishing machine which can replace workers to finish the plastic wire and also be more efficiency than manual finishing has become an urgent need for enterprises.Focusing on this situation,in this paper we designed a plastic wire finishing machine to solve companies'problems.Focusing on how to make plastic silk finishing effect optimal,we have done some research,The main contents include::(1)The plastic wire finishing machine designed in this thesis is based on the characteristics of production,economy,site layout and convenient and safe operation of workers.It has the advantages of simple and compact structure,small occupied area,low cost and being convenient and practical to use.After the mechanical structure design of the equipment is completed,the hardware control system and software control system of the equipment are designed,and the PLC program control of the equipment is completed.(2)Based on plastic finishing machine for plastic silk finishing,first through the production field we have obtained artificial finishing experimental data(the diameter of the bundle of the plastic wire,the speed of board,the number used to finishing plastic silk,the number of filaments after finishing),Through the comparative analysis,the optimal diameter of the bundle of the plastic wire is 140mm-150mm was obtained,and the optimal speed range of the board was 100mm/s-120mm/s.In this paper,first the model of the process of manual collation was established,and according to the actual situation he collating model was simplified.Plastic wire belongs to the category of flexible body,with the help of Hyper mesh,a NASTRAN file was created and then imported into ADAMS to create a flexible body.The kinematic simulation of artificial finishing of plastic wire was carried out with different speed.the optimum barging speed is 110mm/s-115mm/s and the movement of the plastic wire after the hit at this speed is about 2.10mm was confirmed.Compared with the artificial finishing speed,the correctness of the hypothesis analysis is verified.Established the simulation model of mechanical finishing process,compared the mechanical finishing and artificial finishing simulation model of the movement regularity of plastic wire,it is concluded that the mechanical finishing processes and human finishing process is similar in theory,the parameters(diameter of the bundle of the plastic wire,the speed of board,the number used to finishing plastic silk,the number of filaments after finishing,the board's forward distance)of the plastic wire finishing machine can be adjusted according to the manual finishing parameters when debugging the plastic wire finishing machine...
