Hot blast stove is an important auxiliary equipment in blast furnace ironmaking.the major function is to provide high temperature and continuous hot air for blast furnace.and the high blast temperature is one of the effective measures to improve the yield and quality of cast iron in the blast furnace ironmaking and reduce the production cost and energy consumption.The top combustion hot blast stove is widely used in blast furnace iron-making industry because of its large heat storage area,high thermal efficiency.high air supply temperature,and long life and so on.It is of great significance to study the distribution of internal flow and temperature field of the top combustion hot blast stove.to optimize its structure and improve its thermal efficiencyIn this paper.a mathematical and physical model of gas flow.combustion heat transfer isestablished top combustion hot stove from a national company.With non-premixed combustion technique.the combustion process in present operating condition is simulated and the velocity field distribution.pressure field distribution and temperature distribution of furnace are analyzed.The influence of the number of nozzles and the angle of the nozzle on the velocity field.temperature field and pressure field of the top combustion type heat blast furnace is discussed by changing the number of nozzles and the inclination of the gas and combustion air.Simulation results show that:(1)The numerical simulation results are processed to confirm that selected calculation model and calculation method are correct.and the simulation results are in accordance with the actual results.(2)By comparing and analyzing the overall speed of the top-fired hot stove.it can be seen that compared with the other three top-burning stove models.the structural performance of the modified top-fired hot stove has a certain speed advantage Therefore.improvement of nozzle structure is feasible.(3)Through the temperature analysis and comparison of the traditional.the improved type one.the improved type two and the impro ved three-top combustion stove.it can be seen that the temperature inside the improved two-top combustion stove is more stable and the same.In its overall temperature distribution can also be seen in the internal temperature distribution more evenly.Therefore the improved two-top-fired stove has better practicality in temperature variation and distribution.and meets the requirements of the stove.(4)Through the analysis and comparison of the pressure in the above models.it can be seen that the pressure inside the whole of the modified two-fired two-burner stove relatively stable and the average pressure inside the dome is not much different.Therefore.Furnace work and use needs.
