Sleeve type hot air stove because its compact structure, high thermal efficiency, and wide applicable scope, is used in a wide range of applications. in daily life and production. But sleeve type hot air stove existence a low heat transfer coefficient between smoke and air, furnace materials appear high temperature oxidation peel, even burning through and ash problems.This article try to give a numerical simulation and emulation to furnace body. Find out the key part of problematic, and puts forward Suggestions for improvement.This paper use PRO/E bulid the entity modeling of heat exchange body, Based on the operating conditions and primary part of the stove simplified the entity model. Using the workbench mesh module meshing on the entity model. Using fluent simulate the gas and air flow and temperature field in stove. Get temperature distributionthe of heat exchange body in stove.During the process of the flow field analyse,the numerical modeling of the fluid control equation have been bulided. The vortex of smoke in the cylinder is one of main causes of the exchange tube viberation. In the process of temperature field analysis, base on the influence of fin toward thermal efficiency bullding the numerical modeling,Through numerical modeling got the critical point of fin increase the thermal efficiency.During the process of the temperature field analyse, the numerical modeling of the radiation of the heat exchange body have been bulided,the method increased radiation heat transfer is to increase the blackness of the cavities of stove. During the process of heat transfer in the stove, most of the heat transfer is decided by the bottom laminar, through the analysis, when the wall rough convex point larger than the average height of bottom laminar, fluid will over the convex point and pour to the sunken place forming vortex. So can improve the convective heat transfer. So it will play a guiding role during design the height of the fin of stove. Can through calculate the thickness of bottom laminar to design the minimum height of the fin, So as to improve the thermal efficiency of the stove,provide basis for improving the design of body structure.
