In the iron and steel enterprise,the quality and yield of coke influencing on subsequent product production lie in the stability and efficiency of the four locomotives.The efficient and stable operation of the four locomotives is an important guarantee for the normal production of the coke oven and plays an important role in the coke oven life and prevention and the control of environmental pollution.Consequently,ensuring the efficient and stable operation of the four locomotives is significant to the production and it is key technical measure of improving the coke yield and quality,prolonging the service life of coking furnace shaft and saving energy as well as reducing environmental pollutionOn the basis of the actual operating condition on the field in the coking operation department of Shougang Jingtang Company,the operation time of coke oven are analyzed in detail and control strategy and single hole operation time of four locomotives are optimized in this paper.Details are as follows:1)Aiming at the operation characteristics and process requirement of four locomotives and the needs of the actual production,running time node and route optimization techniques are summarized combined with the production condition of field in 8 years and the physical and technological property of four locomotive system.2)The single locomotive structure of the four locomotives is changed from static interlocking to dynamic interlocking logic by optimizing the control strategy and the coordinated control of the four locomotives is optimized and transformed from the unified standard to the sectional management.In order to achieve the goal that four locomotives reach a stable operation level with one button operation mode,the redundant safety measures between monomers and full standby mode of coke tanker are established.3)The remote control mode of four 7.63m large coke oven locomotives are achieved first in the world by using technology that combining centralized control and monitoring.And an innovation is applied that the video concerned by the drivers of four locomotivesis called automatically by using running status of locomotive,which enhances the safety of remote control greatly.Meanwhile,production management platform are built to produce a solid foundation for driverless driving of the four locomotive.
