Pickling Line-Tandem Cold is the main production unit of Cold-rolled strip.On the normal temperature condition,Hot-rolled strip out of Continuous annealing unit was removed by continuous mechanical phosphorus removal and chemical pickling,Cold-rolled strip is made of different specifications after rolling.However,due to the influence of many factors,such as the long production line,the shape of steel plate,the deformation of the roller and so on,strip will deviate from the established track in the running process,this is the phenomenon of deviation.Thus affecting the quality of products,serious accidents will occur the belt breaking accident.In this paper,the problem of strip deviation in the production line of pickling Cold-rolling mill is studied,carrying on the design and the calculation of the deviation correcting roller.First of all,the paper analyzes the mechanism of the strip deviation and the formation of the ladle bend on the production line of the cold rolling mill,it is wrong to think that the traditional sense of friction provides corrective force.It is true that the difference of the compressive stress caused by the varying degree of deformation makes the movement of the steel strip in the middle of the strip,in the middle part of the shoulder part of the cone roller and the convex roll,the buckling is verified.Based on the analysis of modeling and simulation,the error correcting ability of different roll shape is simulated and analyzed,the maximum deviation ability of cone roller is determined.The single factor method was used to analyze the factors that affect the deviation of the cone roll: the friction coefficient,the length of the platform,the angle of the package,the taper angle and the tension,a series of important conclusions are obtained,it provides an important reference for the rational design of roll shape.In the end,the design and calculation of several kinds of common deviation rectifying devices,such as case correction,integral correction and proportional integral correction are compared.
