As the limit product of cold rolling strip,the capacity of ultimate wide specification strip marks the strength of cold rolling production capacity of the enterprise.Due to market demand,domestic steel enterprises have proposed to carry out the production planning of ultimate wide specification strip,continuously improve the production capacity of production line,and expand the range of dimension parameters of wide specification strip steel products.Affected by the work hardening,the production of cold rolling strip needs rolling and continuous annealing to meet the needs of users.In the process of continuous annealing,the comprehensive influence of roll inclination,initial shape and tension in the furnace of cold rolling strip will lead to deviation in the furnace and seriously affect the stability of continuous annealing of cold rolling strip.The deviation mechanism in the furnace is complex,and the deviation effect is very serious,so it is urgent to explore the strategy of stable strip travelling in the continuous annealing process.In this paper,based on the coupling model of asymmetric initial shape and strip continuous annealing deviation,a series studies of the strip annealing deviation problem in2230 pickling-tandem mill production line and continuous annealing line are carried out,which provides theoretical basis for the industrial application of stable pass in cold rolling of ultimate wide specification strip.First of all,based on the principle of shape evaluation and shape control,the finite element modeling of ultra wide rolling mill of 2230 pickling-tandem mill production line and annealing line is put forward,and the model is connected with the automatic modeling module of roll shape,it is convenient for comprehensive analysis of the shape control ability of ultra wide rolling mill.At the same time,from the angle of force and energy parameters,roll shifting form,roll shifting position and roll bending mechanism,this paper explores the coping ability of ultra wide rolling mill in the fields of symmetrical shape and asymmetrical shape,and holds that ultra wide rolling mill can deal with the problem of multi-stage symmetrical shape,but the regulating ability of asymmetrical shape is insufficient.Secondly,based on the closed-loop detection mechanism of strip shape roller and computer system,the strip initial strip shape extraction module is developed,which is used to pick up the strip shape information at the exit of five continuous rolling.Considering the mechanism and influencing factors of continuous annealing deviation,combined with the initial strip shape model of strip parameterization,the coupling model of strip and furnace roller is constructed.The sensitivity relationship among strip tension,initial wave shape factor and deviation is analyzed,and the centering ability of furnace roller is explored.Considering the unsymmetrical shape problem of the shape control of ultra wide rolling mill,the coupling characteristics of strip continuous annealing deviation and initial shape of wide strip steel are analyzed.The industrial verification of production line scheduling shows that the asymmetric wave shape has a certain influence on the strip deviation.Based on the theory of pattern recognition,a method of pattern decomposition is established to analyze the stability of longitudinal shape defects.Combined with the PDA system of 2230 production line,through data analysis,the law of strip continuous deviation is obtained,the coupling relationship between asymmetrical strip shape and deviation is analyzed,and the continuous annealing process of ultra wide specification is formulated to provide guidance for the production line.Finally,based on the theory of continuous annealing and deviation and the production practice of 2230 pickling-tandem mill production line and annealing line,this paper puts forward some deviation prevention and correction methods,such as resetting the start condition of shape tilt control,modifying the HMI shape curve adjustment control system of rolling,developing the production speed prediction system of continuous annealing,designing the shape control scheme of strip head and tail,optimizing the feed-forward /feedback mechanism of bending roll,etc.Combined with Jingtang production line,each method improves the production capacity of the production line,and provides guidance for the development of the stable passing technology of the ultimate wide strip.
