As a cutting-edge technology in the material metallurgy industry,strip casting has received the attention of the major industrial countries.Especially in the current global context of controlling carbon emissions,the transformation and upgrading of steel as a traditional industry with high energy consumption have become inevitable trend.Strip casting has gained momentum over the past few decades as a low-cost,efficient production method.During the process of strip casting,the heat transfer at the interface between the solidified shell and the casting roll has an important influence on the forming and quality of the strip,and the research on the interface heat flow and the solidification process in strip casting is very serious important.The heat transfer equation was established for the casting roll-solidified shell in the continuous casting process by finite difference numerical analysis.The relationship between the secondary dendrite spacing and the cooling rate was established to determine the solidification distance step of the heat transfer control equation Length and solidification time and the boundary conditions during the solidification process,this paper takes aluminum-copper alloy as the research object,and studies the solid-liquid interface temperature gradient of the liquidsolid interface and the cooling rate of the solidification process during the solidification process,Solidification rate?solidified shell temperature distribution and interface heat flux distribution between casting roll and solidified shell.Under the conditions of relationship between the secondary dendrite spacing and the cooling rate,the variation solidification process of thin strip continuous molten metal is obtained,In the process of strip casting.as the solidification progresses,the initial stage of cooling rate is very fast,but after a short period of time,the cooling rate decreases,the surface theperature of the solidified shell begins to solidify,the initial stage temperature drops very fast,With the coagulation continue to change the temperature tends to ease.In the initial stage of strip casting,the heat flux at the interface between the casting roll and the solidified shell changes at a very fast rate,and the heat flux tends to relaxed after the initial stage.During the strip casting process,the solidification shell grow with time,the solidification rate and thetemperature gradient of the solid-liquid interface decrease with time.
