Research On GS Company Pipe-line Maintenance Based On The Pipeline Integrity Management

Recently,domestic safety accidents such as Qingdao Huangdao pipeline explosion,Tianjin Dagang chemical explosion and etc occurred frequently.,that caused great harm in property and lives to the people and country,which brought extremely bad social impact.With "the new two laws" of safety and environment-protection put forward,the country pay an unprecedented height attention to the safety production,especially to the petroleum and petrochemical industry.As an oil pipeline storage and transport enterprise,GS Company operates the FS oil pipeline which is responsible for the oil pipeline transportation from F city to S city.It is an important way to supply refined oil for F city and S city.In order to improve the safety management of pipelines,it's necessary to build pipeline integrity management system.To build the construction of pipeline integrity management system,first of all,it is necessary to collect the data of pipeline section's attributes,construction,operation,detection,load,mechanical performance,geographical environment and other related data.Secondly,the high consequence area of the pipeline is identified through the identification and analysis of the collected data.According to the high consequence and actual situation,use the FTA(Fault Tree Analysis)to conduct the risk assessment for the system accident which influences the pipeline operation mostly.Then identify the various causes in the system by analyzing the factors leading to the accident.Then diagnose the status of pipelines through the integrity evaluation with the risk assessment results and other data acquisition results.At last,make the corresponding maintenance strategy according to the diagnosis results.Meanwhile optimize and improve the whole pipeline integrity management system continuously by evaluating the efficiency of maintenance strategy.At the same time,according to the actual situation of the pipeline company,formed the standard of enterprise pipeline integrity management from three aspects of system construction,technology research and platform construction to ensure the implementation of the construction of the pipeline integrity management system.The enterprises can improve the quality of employees and figure out the essential point of pipeline management through the pipeline integrity management.Finally the pipeline enterprises can realizes the reduction of the cost in maintenance,and improve the safety level of pipeline operation,and decrease the accident harm and probability of the accident occurrence.
