This paper focuses on the combustion temperature field distribution of solid propellant samples in a closed combustion chamber as the research object.Based on the one-dimensional heat conduction model of the temperature distribution of the combustion wave structure in the combustion mechanism of the propellant,the design idea of multi-target line burning rate test is proposed the thermocouple distribution temperature measurement method in the time domain and the space domain has established a solid propellant multi-function combustion diagnostic test system.Under the premise of a standardized experimental process,the combustion test of the propellant sample is completed and the analysis test data.Main contents include:1.The common types and related basic theories of solid propellants are introduced,and the ignition and combustion mechanism of double-base propellants and the combustion stability model during combustion are thoroughly studied.The concept of combustion temperature field is introduced,and the principles and applicable limitations of commonly used industrial temperature measurement methods such as thermocouple temperature measurement,colorimetric temperature measurement combined with color CCD camera,infrared radiation temperature measurement method are analyzed.2.According to the one-dimensional heat conduction model of the temperature distribution of the propellant combustion wave,using the idea of the multi-target line burning rate test method,combined with the characteristics of the propellant sample burning in the combustion chamber,the test propellant was established in the time domain and the space domain.The thermocouple spatial distribution test model of combustion temperature distribution,and the related theories are analyzed,and the influence of error caused by time lag during thermocouple temperature acquisition is considered.3.Based on the multi-target line burning rate test system,a solid propellant multi-function combustion diagnostic test system was built to provide an experimental environment and conditions for the combustion temperature distribution test of propellant samples,and a collection of other forms of propellant research tests Method: Observe the combustion flame with a combustion chamber with a window,and collect the combustion gas in stages in the gas collection system.According to the requirements related to parameter setting,ignition and state detection,pressure dynamic constant control and data acquisition and processing in the combustion test,a special data acquisition card and corresponding driver were designed,and the experiment configuration settings,test control and data were written.Host computer software for multi-function test system such as collection,data processing and data management.4.Under the established test system,following the standardized experimental procedure,the propellant sample combustion test was conducted in two modes,and the propellant combustion flame was also observed with the help of a high-speed camera.The feasibility of the expansion module of the diagnostic system for testing the combustion temperature distribution of the propellant is verified.Combining some test data,the distribution of the combustion temperature field of the sample in the combustion chamber in the time domain and the space domain is analyzed,which shows that the combustion temperature distribution of the propellant the influence of propellant combustion performance provides important experimental reference value for further study of propellant combustion mechanism and combustion performance.
