Antenna is an important part of the communication system,and its function is to transmit and receive electromagnetic waves.Antenna structure is an important carrier to ensure that electromagnetic waves can spread in accordance with the rules set by people.Therefore,reasonable antenna structure design is an important guarantee for the mechanical and electrical performance indexes of the antenna system.The research background of this paper is a three-band parabolic antenna project of our unit.It mainly studies the application of carbon fiber materials in the reflector of parabolic antenna,and determines the structural design scheme of the three-band parabolic antenna based on the introduction of new materials.First,according to the requirements of the antenna performance index,the overall structure was evaluated,and the existing antenna reflector and antenna frame were analyzed and compared,so as to determine the overall scheme of the antenna structure.In order to reduce the weight reflected by the traditional antenna and meet the requirements of the strength of the reflector,the light weight design of the steel structure reflector was carried out.The new material carbon fiber was introduced,and the structure design was carried out according to the characteristics of the carbon fiber material to ensure that the antenna structure system could meet the requirements of the use.The reflector antenna is composed of the antenna reflector and the antenna base.If the antenna reflector can reduce the weight,the weight of the same weight can be reduced by the pitching box,and the load of the antenna base can also be greatly reduced,reducing the design difficulty.In terms of the structure layout,the antenna reflector is located above the antenna base,so the weight of the reflector is reduced,and the center of gravity of the antenna system will be lowered accordingly,thus improving the overall stability of the antenna structure.Based on the above points,it is necessary to introduce carbon fiber into the antenna reflector to reduce the weight in the design of antenna structure system.Then,combined with the structural characteristics of the antenna reflector,the structure design of the antenna reflector,antenna skeleton,secondary reflector and secondary reflector support is made of carbon fiber material,which reduces the weight of the antenna reflector and the structural design pressure of the antenna base.On the basis of the carbon fiber antenna reflector,according to the engineering practice experience to redesign the antenna mount,using finite element analysis software simulation analysis was carried out on the antenna structure,just strength checking of the antenna structure,finally,the antenna structure,the measurement of the actual test,verify the validity of the carbon fiber antenna reflector design.At present,the antenna has been developed and delivered to users.The measurement results of the antenna structure system show that it is feasible to design the antenna reflector with carbon fiber material,and it is verified that the finite element simulation software is accurate in its analysis and calculation.This project is an attempt to apply a large number of carbon fiber structural parts to antenna reflectors.The completion of the project provides a new choice and basis for the design of antenna with the same structure in the later stage.
