As more and more complex surface optical elements are widely applied to modern optical devices,higher requirements for surface quality and machining accuracy of optical elements are correspondingly put forward.Compared with ordinary ultrasonic polishing can effectively improve the surface quality and machining efficiency,this paper proposed a complex surface polishing for optical element,is committed to improving the surface accuracy,reduce surface roughness and improve the surface quality of the five axis ultrasonic polishing machine is of practical significance.The kinematic model of the machine tool is the basis of realizing the kinematics solution and control of the machine tool.At the same time,the kinematics model of the machine tool should be used in the machining precision control,the geometric error compensation of the machine tool,the post processing and interpolation.The research of kinematic transformation of machine tools is of great theoretical and practical significance for the follow-up development of CNC system of machine tools.Therefore,the structure scheme design,kinematics modeling and related application of the five axis linkage ultrasonic polishing machine tool have become an important content of the research.This article has carried on the thorough research to this.Starting from the design requirements of the machine tool,respectively,from the five axis layout scheme,two-dimensional ultrasound scheme,designed the three aspects of online measurement,Solidworks completed all parts of this complex entity surface optical five axis ultrasonic polishing machine based on Modeling and assembly,and standard configuration parameters,so as to provide the reference for kinematics modeling,accuracy of finished product selection based on the topics of key components.Study on the kinematic characteristics of five axis ultrasonic polishing machine,using the basic principle of graphics transformation,establish the coordinate transformation matrix,five axis ultrasonic polishing machine tool components at all levels establish a coordinate system based on the D-H method,calculating the overall system transformation matrix,finally obtain the kinematics model of the machine tool,and the forward and reverse kinematics,discuss the reverse the kinematics of the B in the process of calculation method and solving process of C angle.The workspace commonly used in robotics is applied to the five axis linkage ultrasonic polishing machine.The workspace of the five axis linkage ultrasonic polishing machine tool is defined and described based on the work piece coordinate system.Based on kinematics modeling,the working space of the five axis linkage ultrasonic polishing machine is obtained by using MATLAB,and the factors that affect the shape and location of the workspace of the five axis ultrasonic polishing machine are analyzed.Analysis of cutter location file format and NC instruction format,discusses the solution and machine tool post angle post processor processing posture file process,combined with the NC program compiling algorithm C#language compiled a special post processor of five axis machine tool based on ultrasonic polishing,aiming at the problem of a typical convex ellipsoid surface processing,Pro/E generation tool based on documents,obtained the NC program through the special post processor,by constructing the simulation processing environment in Vericut,import machine model and NC program steps,the process has been tested in simulation.There is no error prompt in log files,which proves the correctness of the kinematics model established before.Post processor can finish the NC program generation of polishing tool head.The technical requirements of the project,designed to meet the functional requirements of the structure scheme of five axis ultrasonic polishing machine,a kinematics model is established by using D-H method,the kinematics model is developed for Workspace Analysis and post processor based on the simulation verified the correctness of the kinematics model and the post processor,can provide the basis for spatial kinematics for the subsequent development of the machine.
