In recent years,the steel industry,which is the pillar of the national economy,has suffered a crisis,and the profit rate is only 2.2%.The managers of steel-iron factories,while advocating the adoption of new technology,new technology and new equipment,turn their eyes to the logistics links in succession,and bring benefits to the logistics.The development of science and technology and the continuous progress of manufacturing technology have led to the emergence of new products.Customer demand for steel products of diversification and individualization is increasingly prominent,orders are more and more variety,small batch quantified.Although the Make-to-Stock(MTS)has the advantages of short delivery time and low production cost,there is blindness in the whole production,resulting in the backlog of a large number of products.Make-to-Order(MTO)has avoided blind production,but the delivery time is too long,resulting in lower customer satisfaction.Neither MTS nor MTO can solve the contradiction between personalized needs and rapid response requirements.Based on the application practice of MTO-MTS management mode in machinery manufacturing and apparel industry,steel-iron factories managers consider compatibility of MTO and MTS management mode.Under the MTO-MTS management mode,there are many ways for steel-iron factories to respond to the order requirements,logistics situation more complex and diversified,and the difficulty of maintaining the stable and smooth logistics is increased.Realizing the continuity and rhythm of the process flow of the iron-steel factories under the management mode in order to ensure to deliver orders on time is an urgent problem for iron-steel factories'managers.At the same time,many uncertainties are faced in the production of steel-iron factories.These uncertainties will have an impact on the logistics contract plan of t steel-iron factories,resulting in the reduction of the feasibility of the logistics contract plan,and the subsequent batch plan and the daily scheduling plan.How to deal with these uncertainties has also become a hot spot for managers and academic researchers in recent years.Therefore,this paper studies the above problems from the following aspects:(1)Firstly,reading a large number of home and abroad research achievements,summed up the MTO,MTS,MTO-MTS,steel logistics theory,formed a relatively systematic theoretical system and laid a solid theoretical foundation for this study(2)Secondly,taking a medium and small iron-steel factory as the research object,starting from the angle of logistics order planning,the logistics order planning model of iron-steel factories under MTO-MTS management mode is established,and the validity of the model is verified by simulation..(3)Thirldy,considering the uncertainty of the delivery date of orders,the logistics order planning model of iron-steel factories in uncertain environment is established,and the validity of the model is verified by disigning a numerial example.(4)Finally,the main research work of this paper is summarized.The limitations of this study and the directions for further research are discussed.
