Shanxi Province is a province with large coal resources,huge industrial scale and prominent strategic position.In the past two years,national policies have been issued intensively,which support the construction of smart mines and promote the intelligent transformation of coal mines vigorously.It is required that promoting the construction of intelligent coal mines with 5G communication and advancing control technology as the traction to realize the transformation of "no(less)humanization and loss reduction" in coal mining,which has become the current trend of coal industry reform.Focusing on the coal industry policy,leading trend and the actual demand of underground operation,this thesis studies how to build intelligent mine based on the underground 5G network with excellent characteristics of "ultra-high speed,ultra-low delay and ultra-high reliability",and further promote the implementation of intelligent fully mechanized mining,intelligent transportation and intelligent excavation,and explores the application of smart mine under the trend of 5G.According to the needs of long-term planning and underground mobile communication application,this thesis carries out the design of surface 5G signal coverage,10 gbps ring network upgrade and underground 5G coverage,so as to support the transformation and application of intelligent chemical working face in the next step.The cost optimization and benefit maximization can be realized through phased construction.Through the adjustment of sub frame ratio parameters,the allocation of network uplink and downlink bandwidth ratio is realized to meet the demand of larger uplink bandwidth and smaller downlink bandwidth in underground industrial environment,and sufficiently apply the large bandwidth characteristics of 5G network in coal mine environment.The multi-access edge computing platform can further reduce the end-toend delay of user business interaction by combining with the operator network,and further enhance the security and stability of the user network through the business data localization processing.NB IOT is directly deployed in the existing LTE network,which is used for long-distance transmission of small amount of data.By adding NB IOT communication module on the basis of the original sensor,the wireless access of underground sensor is realized;the pain point of traditional sensor installation and maintenance is solved;and the scalability of the whole monitoring system is improved.
