The Global economic development has entered a new era,China's economy is increasingly connected with the world's economies.The domestic enterprises are engaged in extensive competitions and cooperation with the international market and foreignfunded enterprises.At present,the competition between enterprises especially with foreign capital enterprises has been manifested as the competition of strategic-thinking and strategic positioning.The only way of enterprise to obtains the advantage in the fierce competition is proceeding from own reality to strengthen the enterprise development strategy research.The development process of R Company in China clearly shows that the correct enterprise strategy formulation is significance to the development of the company.From the beginning of its establishment,R Company has been marked by the parent company's profound corporate culture and strategic mode,which has laid a foundation for the company's successful operation in the Chinese market.However,due to R company indiscriminately imitated the parent company's full set of strategic system,there were many situations in the actual operation that are not suitable for the local industry environment and industry culture,which brought a series of issue for R company's development in China.This paper comprehensively discusses and analyzes the enterprise strategy of R Company by dissecting its advantages and disadvantages in details,through the interviews with internal employees and sorts out the enterprise's operation process,enterprise regulations,and then summarizes the core characteristics of the development strategy.The advantages of R company enterprise strategic are mainly reflected in the clear strategic target,keeping strictly with the strategy of sustainable development,attaching high values to corporate social responsibility and to business integrity,that have contributed for R company to establish a high-quality brand image in the industry,greatly reduce the cost of business enterprise and improve the competitive advantage.But meanwhile,some disadvantages of enterprise strategy derive.Based on studying the external and internal environment of R Company,this paper dialectically analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of R Company's development strategy,affirms its advantages,and proposes specific improvement plans for its disadvantages,which can help it make up for its strategic disadvantages.Although this enterprise is a highly technology-intensive mining and energy enterprise,with a lot of industry characteristics and technical attachments in its enterprise strategy.R Company as a relatively successful enterprise,owns advanced overall strategic thinking mode and operation mode.This study can be instructive and of research significance to enterprises in China in different industries and even local enterprises in China.It can provide new ideas for the formulation of development strategies of other enterprises.
