Technology evolution pathway analysis can effectively help scientific research technicians and enterprise personnel understand the development history,current status and trends of a technology,support scientific research units and enterprises to formulate technology development strategic decisions,and in turn promote the development of scientific and technological systems.Technology evolution pathway researching gradually attracts the attention of science and technology workers.However,the existing technology evolution research has problems such as neglecting time nodes and using single research data.In response to these problems,this paper proposes a set of technical evolution analysis method systems in the technology field,digs out technological evolution pathways from multiple angles scientifically and comprehensively.This paper carries out research on technological evolution pathway from three aspects.Firstly,traditional technology evolution research ignores the point in time when the evolution pathway changes.To fill this gap,this paper use a new method based on fluctuation point detection to identify the technology evolution pathway.First,use the LDA topic model to mine technical topics,and then use the fluctuation point detection model to identify the technology evolution time point.Secondly,in the process of technology evolution,there are some important patents that have a greater impact on the technology evolution pathway.Identifying these important patents is of great help to the analysis of the technology evolution pathway.This paper uses the IPC classification information,indicators such as influence index,and citation information of patents to establish a patent citation network and a patent similarity network to identify important patents,thereby further improving the technology evolution pathway.Thirdly,existing technology evolution pathway research is mainly based on patent data,rarely combined with the paper data for research.This paper uses paper data to cluster cite network from the perspective of technology fusion,and analyzes the trend of technological evolution.The level of CNC machine tool technology is crucial to the country's industrial development,and analyzing its technological evolution path helps scientific research unitsand enterprises to scientifically control the development direction of technology and promote the development of CNC technology.In the end,this paper uses the above methods to explore the technology evolution pathway in the field of CNC machine tools.The results obtained comprehensively and scientifically describe the technological evolution process and trends of CNC machine tools.
