Therefore, it is imperative to do a profound theratical study on Numerical Control System and develop a integrated system that benefits the modern manufacturing process based on network.Aimming at Technical problems existing in Network Manufacturing of enterprises, we come out with"NC Machine Networking Processing".Change network principles based on protocol, we set up network for all NC machine with RS-232 communication interface, nominating one new kind DNC communication structure to realize data-communication and real-time control, etc. Based on multithreading technology of Windows, practical DNC communication system is developped. One host computer can control 256 NC machine utmost at one time and meanwhile the host computer can be left unattended. Through actual run, the system is credited with constant stability, high reliability and good practicability, which in turn, boosts the execution efficiency of NC machine and establishes a good foundation for Network Manufacturing and high automation production.For remote control, there is a remote call function that is the NC machine can"control"the remote computer in NC code transmitting. To call the programme in computer, we need Remote Request File execution. The remote request file is similar to a simple NC programme. The request file is saved under programme directory of NC system after debugging. In practicing, we need to change the programme name of remote request file to the name of the programme to be called (of course the name has to be one of the existing names in host computer), then transmitting the remote request file. The last step is to call the required programme by using the"INPUT"(or READ, DATAIN depends on the NC system) on MDI operation panel.
