The assembly accuracy of the machine tool is a key factor that affects the accuracy of the machine tool and has a decisive influence on the performance of the machine tool.The assembly accuracy of the machine tool guide rail is the core factor that affects the overall assembly accuracy of the machine tool.The S5 H machine tool is the research object,focusing on the assembly precision of the precision CNC machine tool guide rail,and its precision is detected and optimized through digital and modern means to further improve the precision of the machine tool.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the two assembly error sources,which are assembly position errors and assembly deformation errors of machine tool parts are analyzed,and the transmission and accumulation laws of the two major errors in the assembly process are analyzed according to the theory of homogeneous coordinate transformation,and a set of computers in the assembly process is established.The state space model of bed error accumulation provides a theoretical basis for the error prediction and adjustment of the guide rail in each step of the assembly process.Before the assembly of the S5 H machine tool,in order to analyze the deformation errors of the main components of the machine tool under the action of gravity,the main components of the machine tool assembly process were analyzed by finite element analysis using SIMENS NX11.0 3D modeling software and COMSOL simulation software,and the deformation error curves of each motion axis guide are obtained,which supplies the deformation error in the state space model.Based on the Brian principle,the shortcomings of traditional assembly error measurement methods are analyzed and a more reasonable assembly error detection and adjustment method is proposed.During the assembly process,the Brian error in the measurement process is eliminated by the laser interferometer,and obtained based on the above state space model Adjust the error of the output data;use laser interferometer to carry out a comprehensive assembly accuracy test on eachmovement axis of the machine tool after the assembly of the whole machine is completed.Finally,experimental verification shows that the proposed method for predicting,adjusting and evaluating the assembly accuracy of the machine tool guide rails can effectively shorten the time and number of manual grinding in the assembly process of the machine tool and improve the assembly accuracy of the S5 H machine tool.According to the experimental results and the universality of the theoretical principles of this thesis,it can be concluded that this method also has reference value and practical value for other CNC machine tools.
