Nowadays,logistics as the third source of profit has received more and more attention.Improving the level of logistics services and reducing logistics costs has become an important strategy established by many enterprises in order to improve market competitiveness and establish a good brand image.And it is also one of the key goals that enterprises strive to achieved.Tobacco industry is an important pillar of China's economic development,it has special logistics characteristics that other industries do not have.Tobacco companies are also commercial enterprises that rely on logistics and distribution.The tobacco industry needs to vigorously develop modern and scientific tobacco logistics.In tobacco logistics,multi-warehouse scheduling and transportation and distribution occupy most of the logistics resources,which is likely to cause unnecessary waste.It is also the key of logistics system optimization and the problem that tobacco companies need to solve urgently.This thesis takes company H as an example and analyzes the problems in the operation and management of the company's logistics system,establishes optimization goals and puts forward corresponding optimization ideas and principles,reorganizes the logistics operation process and,developed a more scientific,efficient and cost-saving strategy for shifting library and distribution based on the actual situation of the company.Then the mathematical model of logistics scheduling optimization is established to maximize the matching between each customer's diversified needs and the inventory of cigarette factories,which reduced the shifting quantity,cost and distribution cost as much as possible.On this basis,kmeans++ clustering algorithm and ant colony algorithm are used to calculate the actual data of enterprises,and the results show that the optimization model proposed in this paper can reduce the logistics cost of the enterprise to a certain extent,reduce the waste of logistics resources and improve the logistics efficiency and customer service level.It is also conducive to the Continuous development can establish a good corporate image and enable enterprises to have a more scientific and standardized logistics system and management processes.This thesis not only has theoretical and practical significance and operability for company H,but also provides new inspiration for the sustainable development and modernization of logistics in the tobacco industry and even other industries.
