China's tobacco industry is an important part of my country's economy.As a large tobacco consumer,the production,storage,and transportation of cigarettes by industrial tobacco companies in China's provinces are always heavy,and the transportation costs of finished cigarettes produced by them have always been high and occupy This is the largest expenditure in China's tobacco industry.According to statistics from the tobacco industry,cigarette transportation costs account for more than 75% of the total expenditures of industrial tobacco logistics companies.As far as the current mode of cigarette transportation is concerned,road transportation accounts for more than 90%.It can be seen that the optimization level of road transportation expenses for industrial tobacco logistics finished cigarettes is a key issue in reducing the total expenditure of industrial tobacco logistics companies.This paper takes Anhui Industrial Tobacco Logistics Co.,Ltd.as an example,and based on the results of relevant research at home and abroad,analyzes the current problems in the distribution route planning process of the finished cigarettes of Anhui Industrial Tobacco Logistics Co.,Ltd.,and how to optimize the distribution route of finished cigarettes.A series of related studies have been carried out on the optimization problem.The main research contents include:(1)This paper redesigns the pricing rules for cigarette transportation based on the basic knowledge of the existing pricing rules.First,it analyzes the unreasonable aspects of the original cigarette transportation pricing rules,and then elaborates the renewal.The benefits of designing the pricing rules for the transportation of finished cigarettes;(2)This paper proposes a set-segmentation mathematical model.For the current set of orders that need to be transported,first,according to the characteristics of the optimization problem of the distribution route of industrial tobacco logistics cigarettes,it can quickly enumerate the feasible Path collection,and then under the premise that each order in the order collection is served once,some paths are selected from the feasible path collection to form a scheduling plan and make the industrial tobacco company pay the freight as small as possible;(3)This paper proposes An improved Lagrangian Relaxation algorithm based on the mathematical model of set partition is presented,and an upper bound solving method based on greedy thought is designed for the problem type and scale.This paper uses actual data to analyze and verify through calculation examples: the redesigned cigarette transportation pricing rules can effectively solve the current irrationality and reduce the transportation capacity of the third-party logistics company while reducing the freight expenditure of Anhui China Tobacco Logistics;secondly,Enumerate feasible routes and propose a cigarette delivery route optimization model based on the set segmentation model;finally,based on the set segmentation model and the Lagrangian relaxation method,an algorithm is designed to solve the cigarette delivery route optimization model.The analysis of the calculation examples verifies the improved Lagrangian The effectiveness and stability of the daily relaxation optimization algorithm.
