This project is a key component of the Shanxi Province Graduate Joint Talent Training Program(2018JD09),and it is an important part of the automatic control technology for the hydraulic support of the top coal working face.With the maturity of hydraulic support technology,the top coal mining method is more and more used in the mining of thick coal seams and extra thick coal seams,and its significant economic benefits have been recognized by most coal mining enterprises.Aiming at the current bad working environment of the top coal,the hydraulic support has a lot of movements,and the manual operation is unsafe,this paper has carried out the development of the electro-hydraulic control system of the top coal.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper proposes the overall scheme of the electro-hydraulic control system for the hydraulic support of the caving coal face through field survey of the working face of the caving coal mining,combining the mining coal mining technology and the characteristics of the hydraulic support of the caving coal face.Three communication modes of bus communication,inter-frame communication and wireless communication are designed to realize the main functions of the system such as automatic sequencing,support control,support status detection,host computer polling,and coal discharging.(2)Completed the research and development of the top coal support controller,and designed the hardware,software,housing,and circuit board of the support controller.Among them,the hardware part is designed with power supply circuit,infrared receiving circuit,485 communication circuit,CAN communication circuit,analog signal acquisition circuit,and drive circuit;The software part is designed with left-right sequencing,emergency stop lockout,adjacent frame control,and sensor data acquisition display,Bus communication and coal mining control programs;According to the hardware circuit and circuit board design rules,the PCB production of the roof coal support controller has been completed.(3)Combined with the characteristics of the working face of the top coal,a wireless remote control device for coal mining of this system was developed,and the hardware,software,casing and circuit board of the wireless remote control device for coal mining were designed.Among them,the hardware part designs the charging and discharging circuit,voltage conversion circuit and infrared transmitting circuit,and completes the PCB manufacturing of the wireless remote control device;the software part designs single-action coal putting,group coal putting,wireless remote control upgrade,Bluetooth pairing,etc.Program;The shell part has designed the keyboard of the wireless remote control device according to the operating habits of the workers.(4)Combined with the existing test equipment in the laboratory,the test debugging of this system was completed.This article debugs and detects functions such as automatic sequencing,emergency stop lockout,adjacent frame control,multi-key control,support status detection,host computer polling,and coal dumping;combined with the controller of the wireless remote control device for wireless remote control coal dumping,Wireless upgrade program,charging and discharging,and screen display of the status information of the controlled stand were jointly debugged,and the test results reached the expected goals.
