The project in this thesis is an important part of the special project of the international scientific and technological cooperation and exchange"development of coal face unattended electro-hydraulic control system"(NO.:0S2013ZR0493).Aimed to realize automation control of the hydraulic support in domestic fully mechanized working face,this project developed a hydraulic support remote control system based on PowerBuilder 12.5,which has autonomous intellectual property and form the hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system which has tertiary structure with the Centralized controller and the Local controller.Realized real-time monitoring of running status of hydraulic support,hydraulic support remote jog control and automatic control,system parameter modification,program online download,etc.Paper main research content is as follows:By reading documentation,understand the current status and future direction of development of hydraulic supports electro-hydraulic control system,the advantages and disadvantages of EEP?TIEFENBACH?Mark and other companys' products was compared,and researched to the coal enterprises,and discussed with the workers which worded in the coal working face,grasped the actual requirements of the electro-hydraulic control system,proposed the overall design scheme of the system,made the functional requirements of hydraulic support remote control system clear,established the system control strategy.Designed database using the Anywhere database management tools,studied the key technology which used to realize system's functions under PowerBuilder12.5 environments,including data processing,interface optimization technology,serial communication technology and TCP/IP communication technology.The subsystems of the hydraulic support remote control system was designed,and the process was compiled using PowerBuilder12.5.Designed the real-time monitoring subsystem to monitor hydraulic supports' running status,provided a basis for workers to grasp the operating status of Hydraulic Support;according to the production process and control requirements of automate working face,the hydraulic support remote jog control and automation control strategy and switching between various control modes,that laid the foundation for the realization of automated coal face;Parameter modification subsystem and software online download subsystem were designed,it improved the suitability of system for different mining process requirements and geological conditions;Historical data query subsystem was designed,made it easy for technical personnel to grasp Mine Situation of working face;A user management subsystem was designed,it could avoid accidents happen which caused by the illegal operation personnel.A test platform for hydraulic support remote control sysem which used to simulate field conditions was set up in laboratory.The various functions of the remote control system was debugged,and then debugged and runned in the Gushuyuan mine.Debugging results showed:The system could realize real-time monitoring for the operating state of the hydraulic support,remote jog control and automatic control,parameter modification,software online downloads and so on,the system was running well and met the production process requirements and design requirements.
