Continuous increasing of people's consumption capacity accelerates reconstruction of domestic market,and boosts customers' demand.Nowadays,consumers attach more significance to characteristic expression and hope to be unique.They shift their focus from the mass brand to the brand with distinct design and pay much attention to their experience when shopping,which bring much opportunities to multi-brand boutiques which emphasize the personality and service experience of customers.But the author found that the operation mode of the traditional multi-brand boutiques have been unable to follow up the moment the requirement of market development,through to visit observation of the industry,the author took Voidlab independent multi-brand boutiques as an example,combining with the analysis in the team work experience,if multi-brand boutiques to meet the requirement of market development,raise it awareness,multi-brand boutiques will need to starting from the store brand,compare and lock the appropriate target consumption group,make a close attention and analysis on the market development trend and the demand of the target group,formulate new store brand marketing plan,and combine the product with the brand marketing strategy,On the basis of this,the brand-series fashion design of the voidlab brand is used to promote the promotion of the brand,so as to achieve the purpose of more perfect and independent purchasing of the brand-oriented marketing of the hand-in-hand shop,so as to provide a new train of thinking for the operation and development of the independent shopping-shop.
