Bolt drill is an important mechanical equipment to maintain the sustainable development of coal mine and improve the mining efficiency.According to incomplete statistics,in recent years,bolt support has gradually become a common form of surrounding rock in coal mines.The proportion of application in the support of coal mine roadway is close to 100%,which makes it become the anchorage technology with strong reliability and high safety.With the development of coal mining,the working condition of bolt support equipment is becoming more and more complex.The existing bolt support equipment restricts the efficient production of modern mining.Therefore,it is of great significance for the design and research of the combined bolt drilling machine.First,the composition of the platform is introduced,and three-dimensional models under different working conditions are drawn.This paper introduces the hydraulic system of the rig platform,and expounds the circuit design of the hydraulic system in combination with different working conditions.It mainly includes crawler walking hydraulic circuit,left and right side anchor hydraulic circuit,and top anchor hydraulic circuit,and introduces the principle of its load sensitive multi-channel valve.After that,the composition of the electric control system is introduced,and the remote control components of the electric control system are designed,and their functions are briefly introduced.Secondly,the hydraulic circuit of the top anchor is modeled in AMESim software.Firstly,the compensation valve is modeled and simulated.Then the load sensitive valve is modeled,and the working principle of the load sensitive valve is introduced.Then the variable displacement pump is modeled and validated by static simulation.After the key components are modeled,the single cylinder valve pump combination model is established to verify the correctness of the model.Lay a good foundation for the modeling of the top anchor hydraulic circuit.In the simulation model of the hydraulic circuit of the top anchor,three groups of different load values are set up,and the displacement and speed change rules of the oil cylinder of the top anchor drilling machine are obtained.Finally,the electrical control system is designed,which mainly includes the cooperation control circuit between the drilling platform and the road header,the left and right side anchor control circuit,the top anchor control circuit,the system landing module and the system monitoring module.The specific program design and interface design under different modules are analyzed.At the same time,the synchronicity of the combined working platform of the hydraulic combined drilling machine is tested,and the test is carried out according to the operation requirements of the underground simulation tunnel.First,the independent test of the top anchor is carried out.Through the test of a single top anchor drill,the percentage of the rated flow set by the electric control of each top anchor drill is measured.After setting the rated flow percentage,start the synchronization test of the top anchor.After that,the reliability of the left and right-side anchors is tested to ensure the practicability and reliability of the combined operation platform.Firstly,the main parameters of the hydraulic system are calibrated according to the working process and real-time environment.Then,the left and right side anchors are tested.
