Hydraulic support is an important equipment in fully mechanized coal mining face,which plays an important role in the safety production of coal mining face.With the increase of the annual output of the mine,the use of large heavy-duty hydraulic support is gradually increasing,and the increase of the size and weight of the hydraulic support has brought difficulties to the transportation and disassembly of the hydraulic support.How to safely and quickly disassemble the hydraulic support is of great significance to improve the production efficiency of the coal mine.Therefore,it is urgent to design a set of special equipment which can be used for rapid disassembly of large hydraulic support.Based on the working environment of fully mechanized mining face and the installation conditions of roadway,combined with the process requirements of rapid disassembly of large hydraulic support,this paper designs a large hydraulic support disassembly platform with 6 groups of 12 hooks,which can simultaneously lift the front top beam,rear top beam,shield beam,column and column base of hydraulic support assembly,overcoming the problem that the previous small-scale assembly frame has to be multi-stage The defect of repeated assembly greatly improves the disassembly efficiency of hydraulic support.For the design of large hydraulic support disassembly platform,this paper mainly carried out the following work.First of all,according to the process requirements of rapid disassembly and assembly of large hydraulic support,taking simplification,lightweight and compactness as the basic design criteria,the overall structure of the disassembly and assembly platform is designed.In order to facilitate the transportation of the disassembly and assembly platform,two assembly frames,one large and one small,are used to form the whole disassembly and assembly platform.Four groups of 8 hooks are designed for large group mounting and two groups of 4 hooks are designed for small group mounting.Different parts of the hydraulic support are lifted respectively.The power and stroke of the hook are driven by hydraulic cylinder.Secondly,the overall scheme suitable for hydraulic support disassembly and assembly equipment is proposed.The model is established by using 3D software.The strength analysis and modal analysis of key structures are carried out by using ANSYS Workbench.Through the analysis of data results,the structure is optimized to make the structure more reasonable,safe and reliable.Finally,the design and selection of the hydraulic system,including the load analysis of each circuit,the formulation of the hydraulic system schematic diagram and other work,using AMESim software to simulate and analyze the hydraulic system,according to the obtained data results to optimize the parameters,which provides guidance for the further design of the hydraulic system in the disassembly platform.The use of large-scale hydraulic support rapid disassembly platform based on hydraulic technology will greatly improve the construction cycle of fully mechanized coal mining face,improve the efficiency of coal mine production,and greatly reduce the working intensity of operators,so it has strong application and promotion value in coal mine production.Figure[56]Table[19]Reference[95]...
