system,combined with the actual working environment of the mine water tank,the selection of the sensor for the signal layer of the centralized water tank monitoring and the selection of the monitoring point were completed,the external structure of the underground monitoring device was designed,and the electric control box was planned.Thespatial layout of the selected PLC CPU and configuration module,equipped with human-machine interactive cabinet screen and UPS power supply device,explained the electrical design principles of the internal and external control equipment power supply circuit,and completed the ground monitoring based on the configuration system The hardware design of the device.On the basis of the established hardware system,combined with the functional requirements of the system,the secondary network control structure of the lower computer with PLC as the core and the upper computer with Kingview as the core is determined.The modular programming of structure,the system uses multi-protocol communication.The on-site monitoring equipment adopts MODBUS on-site communication network to realize the monitoring and control of pressure,flow and electric gate valve;MPI communication is adopted to realize the communication between PC programming equipment and PLC;TCP/IP Ethernet communication is adopted to realize the underground and surface Reliable communication of monitoring equipment;OPC communication is adopted to realize the collection of motor current and voltage data.In the laboratory,the PLC monitoring equipment and programs of the developed system were simulated and jointly debugged,and the experiment verified the overall design requirements and functions of the system.The system has completed industrial assembly,installation and commissioning,and has been industrially applied in the Jinping Group Changping Mine.The industrial trial operation results show that the host computer has rich monitoring screens,powerful data processing functions,high intelligent load management,andcentralized and remote control reliability.High;the logic control process of the lower computer conforms to the drainage process flow;the sensor monitoring is accurate,the actuator response speed is fast,and the action information feedback is accurate.The system improves the intelligent operation and maintenance level and comprehensive management efficiency of the mine drainage system.
