With the wide application of robot vision in various fields,the intelligent level of industrial production is getting higher and higher.In this paper,aiming at the problem that the original temperature measurement method in the field of coking temperature measurement is backward,and the existing coke oven automatic temperature measurement robot has poor positioning accuracy of the temperature measurement platform,the control system scheme of the coke oven temperature measurement robot platform based on visual positioning is systematically studied.This paper first introduces the problems and requirements of coke oven temperature measurement in the coking industry.After discussing the current research status,it briefly describes the practical value and temperature measurement methods of coke oven temperature measurement robot.Aiming at the problems of poor positioning accuracy of temperature measurement points and inaccuracy of individual temperature data in the existing temperature measurement robot's PTZ temperature measurement system,a scheme is proposed to improve the positioning accuracy of temperature measurement by building a monocular vision acquisition platform and establishing a visual positioning processing system.Based on the analysis of coke oven production process,through the discussion of the best temperature measurement point,the program of image recognition and location is compiled based on Open CV computer vision algorithm library,which realizes the function of image acquisition at the bottom of the vertical fire channel and coordinate output of temperature measurement point.According to the communication mode of the temperature measuring robot controller,the communication mode and information interaction between the visual positioning module and the master-slave station controller of the robot are described in detail,and the work flow of the slave station controller is established for the communication and cooperation mode between the mechanisms of the PTZ control system,and the ladder diagram design and the upper position for the accurate positioning of the temperature measuring instrument from the coordinates of the temperature measuring point are completed The development of computer user interface.Finally,according to the existing laboratory environment conditions,the adjustment scheme of the parameter threshold and the verification experiment of the positioning reliability are designed for the image processing and positioning program.The experimental results show that the computer image processing program can accurately locate the temperature measurement point at the bottom of the vertical flue in the complex environment,which has the value of popularization and application in the existing coke oven temperature measurement robot.
