| The current environmental protection policies of the coking industry and the flue gas desulfurization and denitration process routes of various industries were introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of the desulfurization and denitration technology of the power plant were compared.The SCR denitration + ammonia desulfurization process route was determined.By studying the coke oven flue gas index,it is determined that the low temperature catalyst in the denitration technology is a key factor in the research of the subject.Through the pilot study of low temperature SCR catalyst,it was determined that the catalyst temperature window was 190-320 °C,the ammonia nitrogen ratio control range was 1:1,and the denitration efficiency was about 85%-95%.In March 2017,the desulfurization and denitration technology was industrialized in JTXS and officially put into operation in July 2017.During the actual operation,the desulfurization and denitration system has repeatedly experienced downtime accidents.The problems of ammonium sulfate crystallization and system stability in the desulfurization system were solved by extending the G1 and G2 spray tubes,controlling the concentration of the desulfurization tower concentration section,adjusting the flue gas pipe inclination angle,and changing the circulation route of the desulfurization tower.The resistance control problem in denitrification system was solved by replacing coke in the pre-treatment layer,cleaning the catalyst filter screen and increasing hot blast heater.By comparing the resistance reduction effect of compressed air purging and high pressure water washing,the best scheme of on-line cleaning for the flue gas reheater was determined.Through the continuous process optimization,JTXS coke oven flue gas desulfurization and denitration system operates stably.The chimney emission index reached the standard,NOx ? 100 mg/m3,SO2 ? 30 mg/m3.The operating cost was basically controlled within 13.5 yuan/ton coke.Figure 28;Table 10;Reference 51... |
