Nanofluid coaxial electrostatic atomization cutting is a new green cutting method which can make up for the lack of micro lubrication and single axis electrostatic spray cutting performance and environmental protection performance.In this paper,the microcosmic characteristics of coaxial electrostatic atomization of nanofluid and its influence on cutting performance are studied.The specific work content is as follows:1.Coaxial electrostatic atomization simulation of nanofluidBased on the ternary phase field method,Nanofluid coaxial electrostatic atomization finite element model is established.At the different nozzle parameters(voltage,inner and outer fluid type),cone jet is simulated.The accuracy of the model is verified by experiments,and the influence mechanism of voltage and internal and external fluid type on the formation of cone jet and the end breaking of droplet are revealed.2.Measurement and analysis of nanofluid coaxial electrostatic atomization droplet velocity based on high-speed photographyOn the basis of the coaxial electrostatic spray test,using the high-speed photography study stable cone jet,atomization parameters(voltage,type of fluid flow inside and outside and inside and outside fluid)influence on coaxial electrostatic atomization droplets speed,found coaxial electrostatic atomization droplets speed increases as the voltage and the fluid flow increases,increased with the outer fluid flow decreases;Under the same condition,the external fluid type has a great influence on the formation speed of coaxial conical jet and its end broken droplets,while the internal fluid type has a little influence on it.3.Cutting performance of nanofluid coaxial electrostatic atomizationOn the basis of the coaxial electrostatic atomization test,the effect of atomization parameters(voltage,internal and external fluid flow and type of internal and external fluid)on the droplet velocity of coaxial electrostatic atomization was studied by using high-speed photography under the condition of stable cone jet.The results show that the droplet velocity of coaxial electrostatic atomization increases with the increase of voltage and internal fluid flow,and it decreases with the increase of external fluid flow.Under the same conditions,the external fluid type has a great influence on the formation speed of coaxial conical jet and its terminal broken droplets,while the internal fluid type has a little influence on it.
