Aiming at the problems of environmental protection and energy-saving transformation of steel-making plants that are widely concerned by steel companies,this paper has designed a set based on the frequency conversion control technology and Ethernet technology of the dust-removing fan of the second steel-making plant of Henan Wugang Group.The automatic control system of the dust-removing fan in the steel-making plant can save energy and reduce the consumption of the dust-removing fan in the steel-making plant under the condition of ensuring the environmental protection requirements of the steel-making plant workshop.The automatic control system of the dust-removing fan of the steel-making plant is composed of the on-site control cabinet of the dust-removing fan of the steel-making furnace,the remote monitoring host computer of the workshop and the remote monitoring client.At different stages of the steel-making process,the concentration of smoke and dust generated by the steel-making furnace varies greatly.To ensure the dust removal effect and energy saving,the dust removal fan needs to operate at different frequencies.Based on this feature,this paper uses a fan based on the steel-making process to adjust the fan.The multi-speed frequency control method is the main control algorithm.In order to achieve fine control,a fuzzy algorithm based on the amount and rate of change of smoke concentration is studied to adjust the real-time operating frequency of the fan.The composition and functions of the automatic control system of the dust-removing fan in the steel-making plant are fully introduced,and the design of the system's hardware electric furnace and equipment selection are completed.Based on the system design and function,the PLC control program in the control cabinet,the design software of the touch screen configuration,and the software design of the remote monitoring host computer are given.The PLC control program includes process control subroutine,fuzzy control subroutine,protocol macro communication subroutine between PLC and inverter.It mainly runs fan speed multi-speed frequency control algorithm and fuzzy algorithm to realize real-time control of dust removal fan speed.The touch screen can realize the functions of monitoring the main operating parameters of the dust removal fan,gear configuration,and fault alarm.The host computer communicates with PLC through Ethernet,which can realize the operation status and parameter monitoring of dust removal system,real-time curve and historical curve query of operation parameters and other functions.The automatic control system of the dust-removing fan in the steel-making plant has been in stable operation for more than 8 months in the steel-making plant.The smoke concentration data monitored by the user and the average daily power consumption of each fan indicate that the system has achieved various design indicators and improved steel-making.The problem of smoke accumulation in the workshop during certain periods of time has reduced the energy consumption of dust removal fans,and has a good role in promoting the development of environmental protection and energy saving industry.
