Colored glazed glass is a decorative material widely used in the construction industry at present,but most of the inks used in the production of colored glazed glass are leaded glass inks,which will cause serious harm to people's health and ecological environment.In order to solve this problem,SiO2-B2O3-ZnO system glass was used as the ink base material of the colored glaze glass in this paper.The effects of different CeO2,Bi2O3 and Cr2O3 contents on the phase composition,chemical stability,characteristic temperature,expansion coefficient,mechanical properties and wettability of the base material and soda lime glass were studied,and the relevant mechanism was discussed.A lead-free glass ink was prepared with the optimized glass base material,inorganic pigment,organic solvent and auxilaries.The components and milling time of the color glaze glass ink were compounded by orthogonal test,and the optimal combination of the components in the color glaze glass ink was obtained.The research results are as follows:(1)With the increase of CeO2 content,the bending strength of the glass matrix increased first and then decreased,while the weight loss rate,expansion coefficient and wetting angle with the soda lime glass all decreased first and then increased.When the content of CeO2 is 4wt%,the maximum bending strength of the sample is 75.7MPa;when the content of CeO2 is 1wt%,the wetting angle between the sample and soda lime glass reaches a minimum of 45.6°;when the content of CeO2 is 3wt%the minimum weight loss rate is 2.8mg/cm2 after the sample is immersed in 5wt%H2SO4 solution for 10min.(2)With the increase of Bi2O2 content,the characteristic temperature,bending strength,and the wetting angle with soda lime glass showed a tendency to increase first and then decrease,while the weight loss rate and expansion coefficient decreased first and then increased.When the content of Bi2O3 is 2wt%,the expansion coefficient of the sample reaches the minimum value of 79.7×10-7?-1,and the characteristic temperature is the highest,Tg and Tf are 515.3? and 464.8? respectively,and the maximum wetting angle with soda lime glass is 55.4°.(3)With the increase of Cr2O3 content,Zn2SiO4 crystals are precipitated in the sample.The expansion coefficient of the sample kept decreasing,the weight loss rate of the base material and the wetting angle with the soda lime glass first decreased and then increased.When the content of Cr2O3 is 0.5wt%,the wetting angle between the sample and soda lime glass reaches a minimum value of 36.8°;when the content of Cr2O3 is 1wt%,the sample has the highest acid resistance and bending strength,and its bending strength is 85.9MPa.Considering the properties of the glass matrix,the preferred glass base formulation is:SiO2(3 1.69wt%),H3BO3(22.12wt%),K2CO3(11.80wt%),ZnO(19.69wt%),BaCO3(6.36wt%),CeO2(1.87wt%),Bi2O3(5.97wt%),Cr2O3(0.5wt%).(4)The optimal combination of the components in the color glazed glass ink is the ratio of glass substrate,inorganic pigment,ink adjusting oil and dispersant is 53:10:33:1.5,the ball milling time is 6h,the tempering temperature of the glass is 660??680?,and the comprehensive performance of the glass glaze layer is the best.
