In recent years,with the rapid development of economy in our country and the more and more developed heavy industry,crane enterprises have manufactured a large number of cranes of different specifications in order to increase work efficiency and improve the safety of work.Lifting machinery belongs to special equipment,which is widely used in railway construction,water conservancy projects,power stations and other engineering fields.In addition,the scale of use is also very large,which provides a strong help for the development of China's economic system.But because the crane operation has the remarkable particularity,at home and abroad,the crane safety accident occurs from time to time,and endangers the human life danger,therefore,to the crane work process enters It is very necessary to carry out real-time monitoring and timely detection and early warning.At present,the crane industry has not reached the standard of real safety monitoring in China,and the existing safety monitoring only realizes real-time state monitoring through man-machine interface.This kind of safety monitoring system with single function structure can not meet the needs of daily work,nor can it guarantee high safety,especially the safety monitoring of bridge crane,which is even less.The research topic of this paper comes from the crane safety monitoring project of a steelmaking plant in this city,combined with the actual situation of iron and steel industry and user design requirements.(1)The mechanism of No.19 bridge crane in steelmaking plant is analyzed.Under its working environment,the source of danger is determined.According to the dangerous source,the basic framework of safety monitoring system of bridge crane is designed.(2)According to the dangerous source,the data to be collected are analyzed from the safety monitoring system,so as to select the corresponding sensor model of the collected information,select the sensor suitable for the working environment,select the hardware of the data acquisition system,and design the electrical schematic diagram of the hardware.(3)The MCD1000 controller of large industry technical control is selected to communicate to the upper computer,and the monitoring system with S7-300 as the main station and MCD1000 and ET200 M as the DP slave station is set up.Firstly,the information communication programming between MCD1000 and S7-300 is completed,the connection between the two is established,the PLC control program of each mechanism is designed,and the data in PLC is obtained from MCD1000 and transmitted to the upper computer.(4)The internal variables of DView configuration software are bound,and the corresponding picture design and script programming are carried out according to thecorresponding collected information.At the same time,the MCD1000 controller of DView has the function of historical traceability,which can carry out the function of historical playback,and at the same time,it can intuitively understand the instant information in the design screen and meet the requirements of security monitoring.
