Research On Customized Pattern Adjustment Technology Of Female Tops Based On Body Shape Difference

In the background of the big data era,in order to meet consumers' increasing needs of personalization,fitness,and timely,how to quickly get custom clothing has become a hot research topic.As we know,garment pattern acquisition is an important part of the garment production process,so if we speed up the pattern generation,then can the production of clothing.Some garment companies have already partially automated the generation of patterns,by which greatly improve the production efficiency of enterprises.The most basic requirement for customization is fit,and the automatic pattern generation technology based on body shape is still in the exploration stage.This paper takes the body of the fitted blouse as the research object,and 56 females aged 18-25 years old and 157.5-167.5cm tall were selected as custom targets.Starting with the custom pattern generation technology,This paper discusses the feasibility of pattern adjustment based on the difference in data of human body characteristics measurement items.To achieve the above goals,this paper firstly checked out a large number of related materials about body type classifications,special body type studies and other,referred to domestic and international standards,drew on the existing human body size measurement schemes of domestic and foreign enterprises and experts,to summarize the body type standard judgment criteria,and develop a body measurement program.Anthropometric experiments were performed on 56 selected non-pregnant women by means of contact manual measurement and non-contact three-dimensional scanning.According to the measurement results,the body types ofthe experimental samples were classified according to the body type judgment criteria.A sample of normal body samples and eleven different body types were selected from various body types as follow-up experimental samples.Then this paper checked out related materials of women's shirts,custom pattern adjustments,special pattern corrections,etc,combined the correspondence between human body features and the pattern structure,to screen anthropometric items proposed in anthropometric experiments.Take the body of a fitted blouse as an example,customized pattern adjustment rules are established based on the selected anthropometric items.At last,this paper compared the differences in anthropometric data between individual body samples and normal body samples and adjust the patterns,according to the established pattern adjustment rules.After that,this paper made and tried on the sample clothes,observed the sample dressing effect.Finaly,this paper discussed the feasibility of the pattern adjustment rules based on data differences between anthropometric items.The experimental results show that the proposed anthropometrics items are suitable for women's tops,and it has certain operability to make adjustment of customized clothing pattern based on the difference of the anthropometric items data.
