Research On Pattern Design Of Blouse Shoulder Line Based On Female Body Shape

Blouse is one of the most common clothing varieties in women's daily life.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the pattern of the blouse.In this paper,the shoulder line design of the blouse based on the female shoulder shape is studied in order to solve the problem of the imbalance between shoulder line and female shoulder in different shapes of the blouse,and then to optimize the pattern of the blouse.Firstly,a large amount of literature is collected.This paper summarizes the related research results of pattern design of the blouse shoulder line at home and abroad in recent years.On this basis,it summarizes the pattern design of blouse shoulder line.Secondly,168 patterns of blouse were collected,48 of them were eliminated,and 120 patterns of blouse were classified.According to the degree of clothing fit,they were divided into fit shape and loose shape.After redrawing and correcting the patterns of blouse,collecting the structural design data related to the shoulder line,and establishing the database of the blouse patterns,the paper analyzes the female shoulder shape and the relationship between the female shoulder and the garment shoulder.The experiment design of the blouse sample was determined.According to the data of the blouse shoulder,the blouse sample patterns were made.In order to ensure the accuracy of the blouse sample experiment,the virtual fitting of the blouse sample must be carried out first in CLO 3D.The virtual fitting in the CLO 3D was used to correct the blouse sample patterns.The shoulder line deviation of the sample was collected,and the correlation between the shoulder line deviation and the front shoulder slope,the back shoulder slope and the D-value of front and back shoulder slope was analyzed,and the regression analysis was carried out.Based on the analysis of the fitting degree between dependent variables and independent variables,a regression model was established to determine and verify the formula for optimizing the shoulder line design of the blouse,and to find out the law of the shoulder line design of the blouse.A new method for designing the shoulder line of the blouse based on the female shoulder shape is obtained,which is different from the traditional empirical pattern making and is the basis for the scientific,systematic,quantitative and intelligent research on the design of clothing pattern.
