During the the development and application,revisions and improving process of non-contact body measurement technology,the fashion development gradually towards to the era of digitization,intelligence,automation,and the integration of design and production.High quality,personalized needs of clothing consumption gradually spread,people's diet and lifestyle changes with each passing day,led to the overall national body shape changing,so present clothing standard can't fully meet the consumer on the clothing comfort,fit and personalized needs,especially for the crowd with special body size.While how to quickly and effectively collect national human body data and update the database,how to quickly and accuratly identify the human body size and special parts based on the non-contact body measurement technology,how to improve the size breakdown and automatic identification technology,how to satisfy the special consumers' personalized needs for clothing's comfort and fit,and so many problems,all of these are garment industry need to explore and to solve on the way to realize electronic customized.This topic research purpose is to explore a quantitative identification path for special and standard body through building the hunchback model of young female body.This topic research method is based on the non-contact body measurement system,the hunchback young female body as the research object,make in-depth analysis and build models,finally forming a identification system.The concrete research contents are as follows.(1)Non-contact anthropometric and special body simulation experiment design: More than half accord with a standard size of young female body as the research object,using the non-contact body measurement system to collect data automatically;“Shoulder breadth arc” length as control variable,guide and demonstrate experiment object to simulate the hunchback,and then obtain the corresponding body data.(2)The upper body cluster analysis: Select the eigenvalues of the female upper body as size classification basis--height,chest circumference,waist,shoulder circumference;Make multiple correlation analysis on the 7 derived variables,determine the ratio of chest circumference and height,and the ratio of shoulder circumference and waist circumference with the four eigenvalues as size dividing projects;Make use of K-Means method to analysis and got 155/80 A,160/84 A,165/88 A as shape clustering centers.(3)Extract the eigenvalues of the shoulder circumference curve and significant difference analysis: With variance analysis method research,found that participants in the standard form and the hunchback form corresponding to the three conditions as circumference,height,thickness of shoulder curve,and these eigenvalues showed significant differences.It proved that the upper body profile did significantly influence the curve shape of shoulder circumference,thus quantitative identification hunched body through build shoulder circumference model.(4)Build shoulder circumference model for the hunchback: Using the Plot Digitizer software to extract the initial data,using AutoCAD software to fit data and coordinately curve,using Matlab software to fit curve;Selected cubic polynomial interpolation method and four polynomial function fitting method to build shoulder circumference curve model,eventually got 18 shoulder circumference curve models.(5)Analysis the characteristics data of the model: Using multiple linear regression analysis method,build three regression models in view of each upper category,and verified the feasibility of the model;Curve estimation regression method was used to construct three regression models,in view of the scapula convex point coordinate values,and verified the feasibility of the model.(6)Verify the model data and analysis the feasibility: Make the standard size curve model as example to carry on the model validation,proved the validity and practicability of the model;Through the model of linear change and development extend to other size types,the inquiry process and research methods have a certain feasibility and extension.This topic research has realized the hunchback quantitative identification of the femalebody,providing a research way for other special shape identification,providing a reference for non-contact body measurement system to constantly improve the human body database,providing data support for human body segment and automatic identification technology,and laid a solid foundation for garment electronic development update and put into application.
