In the past ten years,geological exploration units have completed the separation of government functions and business functions,and have made a lot of useful exploration in the implementation of the separation of business functions.However,it has not solved the complete separation of business functions.Geological exploration units are still a business integration economy.Constrained by this traditional system,the reformed geological and mineral exploration enterprises still use the business to become their own The integrated fixed cost management mode for budget accounting,the closed management formed in the planned economy period and the open characteristics of the market economy are contradictory,and it is difficult to adapt to the changes of the external environment.This paper takes x geological and mineral exploration company as the object,in order to improve the cost management of geological and mineral exploration enterprises,collect relevant data and conduct research,in-depth discussion of the areas that can be improved,reasonably reduce the project construction cost for geological and mineral exploration enterprises,and better survive in the environment of high-speed economic development of China’s geological and mineral exploration enterprises with their own profits and losses And follow the pace of the new era.The research of this paper is divided into three parts.Firstly,through the summary of research literature at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the specific research results of cost management of geological exploration companies,and summarizes the existing research results and related theories.Secondly,it analyzes the value chain and main nodes of current x geological and mineral exploration company by means of value chain analysis,and then finds out the main problems existing in the cost management of current x geological and mineral exploration company through the questionnaire survey of the main control nodes in cost management.Finally,it puts forward three suggestions for improving these problems,namely,building and improving We should improve the financial management system,improve the information level of cost management and standardize the cost management.The research of this paper has a positive reference value for the cost management of the exploration companies in the mainland of China.At the same time,with the help of the method of value chain analysis,it can promote the improvement and upgrading of the company’s internal management system.Therefore,the research content of this paper has a strong theoretical value and practical significance.
