Study On Logistics Cost Control Of L Chemical Enterprises

In the modern economic market,when the advanced science and technology is developed by leaps and bounds,there is less and less room to cut costs and make profits in traditional ways.People have focused on the field of logistics,and the potential of logistics has been taken seriously by people.Logistics cost management plays an important role in enterprise cost management activities.By strengthening logistics cost control,enterprise value space can be rebuilt and market competitive advantages can be given full play.This thesis mainly studies the logistics cost control of L enterprise,and it will analyze and optimize from supply link,production link and current situation of logistics cost control in sales link of L enterprise.Firstly,starting from the stock of raw materials in supply chain,this thesis details the relevant theories and processes of L enterprise from raw material procurement to finished product sales.At the same time,finding out the problems and implementing them through ABC material classification and three VMI suppliers.Eventually,the turnover days of raw materials inventory are improved and reduce the raw material inventory.Secondly,for the production link,analysing from the current state of the production processes,process of raw materials,and the current situation of raw materials warehouse.And this part details the frequent change of production plan,material flow,and material warehouse about L enterprise.By pulling the production plan,visual management,kanban management,process optimization and other measures,and using ECRS analysis method to reduce the operating costs of L enterprise finally.Finally,it will analysis from the third-party logistics management,transportation mode and customer satisfaction according to the transportation mode and cost of L enterprise for the sales link.In order to reduce the logistics cost of L enterprise and the inventory backlog,improve customer satisfaction,and the economic benefits of the overall supply chain through the integration of the third-party logistics management company,the ladder transportation cost,the domestic trade sea transportation way and other measures.This thesis hopes to apply the case of logistics cost control of L enterprise.In this way,it can improve the market competitiveness of L enterprise and provide reference for manufacturing enterprises in the same industry.
