The Chinese traditional culture is extensive and profound.It is a powerful force to strengthen Chinese people's emboldened.It is also a powerful representation of cultural soft power and represents pursuance of the spiritual world in China.China is the hometown of tea,and the tea horse culture is a very representative cultural phenomenon in our traditional culture.The "Jinshang Wanli Tea Road" originated from Anhua,Hunan,and has a total length of 5,000 kilometers.It started in southern China,traversed northen China.It is very famous like Silk Road and is an important international trade channel.The Wanli Tea Road connects southern China with the vast northern China and Eurasian continents.On the one hand,it promotes the economic and cultural communication and integration of the north and south in our country.On the other hand,it brings the ancient eastern civilization to the foreign country and promotes the economic and cultural exchanges.In addition,it also promotes the rise and development of various urban belts along the route.Hunan Anhua Black Tea,as one of the main transportation materials in the "Wanli Tea Road",undoubtedly it carried the unique spirit of the tea horse culture.Nowadays,"The Ancient Tea Horse Road,Caravan,Tea Horse Interchange Market" and so on not only represents the important way and form of carrying tea on the "Old Tea Horse Road" for trade,but also become an important cultural symbol.It is already become the representation of Chinese culture and played an important role in the export and exchange of culture.Reinventing the traditional tea horse cultural symbol and applying it to modern packaging not only make the packaging present the essence of traditional culture,but also spread the traditional culture.This article mainly focus on the application of tea horse cultural symbol reinventing design on black tea packaging,and intend to integrate tea horse road,horse gangs in the tea horse culture into local characteristic product packaging,so that it not only follows the traditional culture,but also has modern aesthetic creative packaging,ultimately,it is favorable to brand communication and product sales.First,I discussed the current situation of Anhua black tea packaging,put forward and analyzed the existing problems of Anhua black tea packaging.Then I analyzed the relationship between the tea horse culture symbol and Anhua black tea,described the tea horse culture,and the relationship between the tea horse culture and black tea and the apply it to black tea packaging.Then I focused on the application research of the reinventing design of cultural symbols in packaging design,and proposed that reinventing design is divided into plane graphics reinventing design and three-dimensional modeling reinventing design,combined semiotics in plane graphics reinventing design and combining metaphorology and gamification thinking system with threedimensional modeling reinventing design,the cultural symbol reinventing design applied to packaging.And combined with the case,it summarized the application method of cultural symbol reinventing design in packaging design.Finally,applied the new method to practice of black tea packaging.The final conclusion of this article is to apply cultural symbol reinventing design in packaging design,introduce semiotics,metaphor and gamification thinking system theory to provide theoretical basis,which can make local special products more representative and has artistic charm,and make brand culture get better in communication and product sales.It has not only theoretical value but also practical significance,providing new ideas for modern packaging design.
