Gasoline hydrofining equipment, unit of lanzhou petrochemical company which follow the PrimeG+technology of French Axens company, is one set of process plants using catalytic gasoline as the raw material, its production gasoline components meet the European (countries) IV emission standard. Related process principle as follows:first, after get through selective hydrogenation units, catalytic gasoline are divided into light and heavy gasoline components; after hydrogenation desulfurization processing, the heavy gasoline are mixed with light gasoline and then transmitted to tank farm as gasoline harmonic components. Device unit mainly consist of three parts, selective hydrogenation unit, hydrogenation desulfurization unit and the public work station separately. The main function of unit is to reduce the loss of conditions’octane number, make the sulfur content in mixed gas product no more than50PPM (wt), and ensure olefin content lower than36%(vol).At the beginning of the device put into production, product’s gasoline octane loss is more seriously than catalytic gasoline, and did not meet the device design standard, this will causing great economic cost. In order to reduce the loss of octane number in catalytic gasoline selective hydrogenation reaction and hydrodesulfurization reaction, in this thesis, the actual plant production situation was considered, the reaction principle of selective hydrogenation unit and hydrogenation desulfurization unit was analyzed, and the control parameters of related reaction were comparative studied. According to process characteristics, we determine the best control point of device production via adjusting the main control parameters, reduce the loss of octane number after catalytic gasoline hydrodesulfurization, effectively improve the quality of gasoline harmonic components, and lower the dosage of additive and high octane number components, boost the yield of finished production and cut the manufacturing cost.
