Motor gasoline in our country at present is of execution since January 1, 2014 has been unified execution IV standard, and V standards will be imposed on January 1, 2018. In 2013,the gasoline producted by Daqing petrochemical company, the average sulfur content of gasoline is 99.4 PPM, olefin content is 28.68%, can satisfy the Ⅲ motor gasoline standard requirements, but can’t satisfy the Ⅳ standards. In this paper, in the face of the situation in daqing refining gasoline quality enhances unceasingly, by comparing the research progress of catalytic gasoline hydrogenation desulfurization technology at home and abroad, combined with their own gasoline structure unreasonable and so on, the problems to be settled urgently consider mainly combining with the characteristics of existing technology and production equipment running status, has decided to adopt the institute of China petroleum and chemical catalytic gasoline selective hydrogenation desulfurization patent technology(DSO technology), and made the sulfur content of gasoline quality upgrading scheme. First is according to the reaction of the DSO technology principle, by investigating the reaction temperature、 pressure、 space velocity and hydrogen to oil ratio on the pre hydrogenation and hydrodesulfurization reaction, grope for the appropriate operating conditions, eventually controlling the sulfur content of gasoline products is not more than 40 μ g/g, mercaptan sulfur content is less than 10 μ g/g, liquid device close not less than 99.8%(wt %), the gasoline quality of the products meet all vehicular IV standard; On this basis, by adjusting the operating conditions, hydrogenation desulfurization products reached the kingdom V standard, improve the daqing refining enterprise competitiveness of the company.
