With the development of the mining depth to the depth of the stratum,the mechanization degree has been increased,and the thermal damage has occurred in more mines,and the thermal damage in coal mining face is more serious than that in other regions.Mine cooling mainly includes the cold source,the distribution and the end cooling,efficient end cooling is of great significance for mine cooling and energy saving.The existing cooling way of coal face has many problems,such as high energy consumption and poor effect.The research of new cooling technology has become an urgent task.In this paper,the heat and wet source type and the heat release and the amount of moisture in the working face of the coal mining face are studied,and the calculation method is determined.The evaluation index of thermal comfort of miners was determined by studying the influence factors of human thermal comfort.Secondly,through the analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of the existing mine cooling technology are compared,and the cooling and dehumidification technology is put forward by combining the cooling of air cooler with the dehumidification of the solution.By comparing the economic evaluation of the cooling and dehumidifying technology of the air cooler,it is concluded that the cooling dehumidification technology is more economical and the cooling is cooled under the same air volume.The working environment is more in line with the requirements of human comfort;through the ANSYS simulation software,two different modes of temperature and humidity simulation are carried out on the coal mining face,and the cooling and dehumidification method is the best way to cool down the temperature and humidity.Finally,the design principle of cooling and dehumidification system is put forward,and the system design scheme,process flow,selection and layout of system equipment are determined.According to the example,the air flow parameters of different cooling technologies are tested.Through comparison and analysis,it is concluded that the cooling effect of cooling and dehumidification technology is better,and it can effectively improve the working environment of the workers.
