With the rapid development of roadway surface hardening technology,the auxiliary transportation of trackless rubber wheel become the key research direction in the field of high-efficiency and safe mining of coal mines,at the same time,the transportation quality and efficiency of concrete is an important guarantee for roadway floor laying technology.At present,the concrete mixing transportation vehicles used in the construction of underground roadway bottom laying in our country have some problems,such as unstable platform:low filling rate of mixing tank,small single transport capacity,short service life of mixing tank body and blade,large impact on hydraulic drive system,which seriously affects the transportation efficiency and quality of concrete.Therefore,in order to ensure the quality of the pavement of the roadway,this thesis combines the complex environmental conditions of the coal mine to design and apply a concrete mixing truck for coal mine roadway construction for concrete transportation in underground tunnel construction.Combining with the research status and development trend of concrete mixing trucks used in mine at home and abroad,according to the quality and technical requirements of concrete used in roadway construction and the working conditions on site,the overall design scheme of concrete mixing truck for coal mine roadway construction is proposed from four aspects of explosion-proof system,transmission system,control system and vehicle structure,and the parameters are checked and calculated,the research theory and technical method of the whole vehicle are discussed;Secondly,based on the analysis of mixing mechanism and mixing process of concrete mixing truck for coal mine roadway construction,and according to the overall scheme,the parameters of the whole vehicle structure are designed through structural function analysis,and the structural design of the mixing tank,mixing blade,sub-frame,cab and feeding and discharging device is completed,and using SolidWorks modeling technology to complete three-dimensional modeling of machine parts and whole machine,based on the finite element analysis method of ANSYS Workbench,the static analysis,modal analysis,harmonic response analysis,shock absorption characteristics analysis and fatigue life analysis of these five key structures are carried out,and the reliability analysis of the key structure of the whole vehicle is completed,simultaneously,some reasonable suggestions are put forward to further improve the reliability of key components;Thirdly,the circuit design of hydraulic drive system of concrete mixing truck for coal mine roadway construction is completed by using system parameter design theory,the system loop simulation model is established by using AMESim system simulation technology to analyze the system motion characteristics and flow characteristics under various working conditions to verify the rationality of the system design;Finally,the application research of concrete mixing truck for coal mine roadway construction is carried out from three aspects of vehicle function,mixing performance and paving quality of roadway surface in Bayan Gaole Coal Mine,through field application and experimental analysis,the good working performance and mixing performance of the vehicle are verified.The following conclusions are drawn from the reliability analysis of the key structures:the maximum stress of the agitator occurs at the contact between the raceway and the supporting wheel,and the maximum deformation of the agitator occurs at the top of the inlet and outlet ports,and the values of both are small,no resonance between stirred blade and external excitation frequency,the structure of the sub-frame is stable and the layout of the transition beams of the sub-frame is reasonable,the shock absorption effect of the cab shock absorption system is good,the service life of the feeding and discharging trough is more than8.65×106times,the structure design of the whole vehicle is reasonable and stable;Through the simulation analysis of the circuit of the hydraulic drive system,it is concluded that the constant speed control of mixing tank is reasonable and stable under various working conditions,the process commutation time should be controlled in about 3 seconds;Through the field experiment and application research,it can be seen that the function of the whole vehicle system is good,and the transportation quality of concrete material in roadway construction can be effectively guaranteed.The research of the thesis makes up for the weakness of the basic theoretical research link of the mining concrete mixer truck,improves the transportation efficiency of concrete used in roadway construction,and has good application value in engineering practice.
