Anchor drill carriage is an important bolt support installation equipment for coal mine roadway,and its anchoring efficiency and accuracy are important factors that affect coal mine roadway mining.Based on this,this article proposes a fast positioning and efficient anchoring bolt drill carriage.And use this as the research object to carry out the research on the numerical simulation of the whole mechanism composition and key components of the bolting rig.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:(1)This article introduces the current research status of the bolt drill rigs at home and abroad and the development of fatigue analysis methods,as well as the analysis of the difficulties of the bolt rigs that need in-depth research and the feasibility of implementation and application,and puts forward the research goals and main content of the thesis.(2)Design calculations and parameter selection for the main functional components of the anchor rig,and design the overall structure of the rig according to the requirements of the working conditions.Including the indexing mechanism used to improve the accuracy of anchor protection,the walking mechanism that meets the needs of drilling rig movement,turning and climbing,and finally,the parameter calculation of the mechanism is carried out in accordance with the actual working conditions of the roadway.(3)The mathematical model of the force distance of the rack and pinion hydraulic cylinder in the indexing mechanism of the anchor boring car is established,and the solution is completed by MATLAB.The influence of the rotation angle,the rotation angular acceleration,and the length of the mast telescopic arm on the rack and pinion torque is discussed.The results show that the torque of the rack and pinion cylinder of the drilling rig is affected by the rotation angle and angular acceleration of the drilling rig.The rotation angle is the main influencing factor.The larger the value,the greater the torque of the rack and pinion cylinder of the drilling rig Non-linearity decreases;the mast telescopic arm rack and pinion cylinder is affected by the combination of the maximum torque of the mast rotation angle and the mast telescopic length,and the mast telescopic length is the main influencing factor.(4)Establish a rack and pinion hydraulic cylinder model,combine the calculated mathematical model and use finite element software to complete mechanical analysis and fatigue characteristics analysis.The results show that the main stress position of the rack and pinion hydraulic cylinder at the telescopic arm of the mast is near the tooth root.As the mast rotation angle increases,the equivalent stress increases.The fatigue damage of the rack and pinion cylinder shows a nonlinear increasing trend,and the fatigue life shows a non-linear decreasing trend.The fatigue damage of the rack and pinion hydraulic cylinder mainly occurs in the stress concentration,and the fatigue life of the dangerous node is secondary 8×103 cycle.Figure48 table8 reference 71...
