Research On The Function Of Hazard Source Identification And Management Information System For Oil And Gas Pipelines In Jiaozhou

The large number of oil and gas pipelines in Jiaozhou pose a high possibility of major safety accidents.Therefore,identification and management of hazard sources should be obviously given a high priority.Hazard source management,a generally accepted and widely used pipeline management mode,is a highly integrated and cyclic process.It provides a systematical method for ensuring the safety of pipelines,reducing and preventing pipeline accidents,and economically and reasonably maintaining the safe operation of the pipeline system.Although Jiaozhou has strengthened its efforts in the safety management of oil and gas pipelines and is using the oil and gas pipeline management system,there is still much room for improvement in the identification and management of hazard sources.On the basis of comprehensively summarizing the basic principles,technical systems and current research status of hazard source management of oil and gas pipelines,following the relevant standards and technical processes of hazard source management,and in consideration of the actual situation of Jiaozhou's oil and gas pipelines,this paper analyzes the functional requirements for the pipeline management system with hazard source identification as the demand.Under the guidance of goals being fulfilled by the system,and through analysis of the current situation and deficiencies of Jiaozhou in the management of hazard source in oil and gas pipelines,this paper gives suggestions on optimization of the work on hazard source management of Jiaozhou's oil and gas pipelines and on optimization of the future hazard source management system,in the hope of providing reference for the hazard source management mode and subsequent implementation.The conclusions of this paper can help relevant organizations involved in oil and gas pipeline management of Jiaozhou to make improvement in hazard source management,establish a more practical management mode,and may provide reference and example for pipeline safety management for other cities.
